• We will ensure allocated parking spaces are kept clear and not used by an unauthorised vehicle, so when they arrive home they are able to park in their own space.
• We help residents go about their business with minimum disruption.

Tickets given out can be quashed by the managing agents if they deem the parking of the vehicle to be acceptable.

Northern maps will pass all appeals to the managing agent and it will be for them to decide if it is a valid ticket, given the photographic evidence supplied to them.
